An important element of the Holy Month is to be generous to those less fortunate by donating food, clothes or money to individuals and charity societies. People are expected to give Zakat, a religious obligation of giving of a set amount to the charity.

Stop Smoking

Try to engage as much as possible with Ramadan traditions and culture. Indulge in Moroccan Mint tea and Arabic delicacies while relaxing with family and friends for Iftar.

Accept Invitations

If you have been invited to an Iftar with friends or colleagues, accept the invitation. Arabic desserts or sweets or fruits are always a good option to offer.
