If you are visiting Kuwait, the Kuwait car museum is a place that you ought not to omit in your list of places to visit. As per records, The Historical, Vintage and Classic Car Museum of Kuwait is home to 35 rarest cars and support facilities.

Opened back in 2010, the museum attracts a large number of domestic and international visitors. The aim of opening such a museum was to share with the world, Kuwait’s rich heritage in the automobile world. Also connect the current and future generations to the past.

There are two buildings in the car museum. One building is dedicated for vintage car display and the adjacent building is for kids to practice driving skills on electric cars. There are also a collection of cars from multiple eras at display in the museum.

Cars owned by state and private collectors are displayed at the museum. A dedicated pavilion exhibits state-owned limos and imported limos from other countries. Most of these vehicles were owned by royal families in Kuwait and neighboring countries.

Without a doubt, the heart and soul of the Kuwait Historical, Vintage and Classic Car Museum is the Museum Exhibition Hall itself. Presented within is the finest collection of classic cars on public display anywhere within the region, with a superb ‘James Bond’ Aston Martin DB5 at the entrance of the museum exhibition hall, more than a full century of motoring history is laid out –and many cars hold unique and special connections to Kuwait. Adorning the walls of the exhibition hall are images from motoring’s illustrious past, many of the photographs specifically highlight Kuwait’s motoring history too. Also, there is a permanent display of models illustrating many of the most iconic cars of the last hundred years.
